Kevin Amolsch formed Pine Financial Group, Inc in October 2008 after leaving a small mortgage company as the senior loan officer for residential lending. Kevin started out in banking, working at First Bank in the lending department while in school. From there, he started his first real estate investment company, which is still active today.

He and his companies have closed on over 2,000 transactions as a buyer, seller, or private money lender. He is a sought-after expert in real estate finance and investing and has been quoted in The Denver Post, The Las Vegas Review Journal, Forbes, Yahoo Real Estate, and many more.

Jason Wojo

Jason Wojo has owned and operated multiple successful businesses, and has coached, consulted for, and worked with some of the country’s most successful small business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors. He runs Lifeonaire as CEO and lead trainer, and his passion is helping people create lives and businesses they love.

He’s been featured as a guest on the Financial Safari radio show, and hugely popular podcasts such as “Bigger Pockets Money Podcast”, “Meet The Elite”, “The Millionaire Mind” and “Elite Entrepreneurs”.

Andrew is a self-described family man, as well as a sport and car junky! Often going by his last name, Howie, Andrew relishes any opportunity to try something new. In the early phases of his professional life, he became a PGA professional and was a highly sought after teacher. To this day, he enjoys teaching and getting out on the course!

He fell into Real Estate quite naturally, and it blends his impeccable customer service with his curiosity and intelligence. Andrew has a passion for helping people and being in the lending space allows him to do that by analyzing deals and funding loans to assist his clients in accomplishing their real estate goals!

Alexandra Haider

As many do, Alexandra began her career in real estate as a real estate agent and house flipper. She took that knowledge and with the help of coaches, partners and mentors, began acquiring larger apartment complexes until she got to about 250 doors, many of which she was self-managing. She began feeling burnt out of the day-to-day issues that come with managing residential properties, which led to investing into other asset classes. She began buying mixed-use buildings and now focuses on acquiring strip malls and as of lately a few office buildings. Her portfolio expands through the midwest in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Ohio.

About a year and a half ago, Alexandra made the decision to get her broker's license and begin her own brokerage, Financially Free, LLC. This is meant to be for like-minded investors that want to create a life of freedom for themselves through investing in real estate. A criteria for joining is that you have to accept the fact that her giant (very sweet) German Shepherd will be hanging out at the office every day. Alexandra and the Financially Free team have a passion for animals and 5% of all net profits are donated to Mission Animal Hospital, helping those in need to afford veterinary care.

Alexandra has been married for about three and a half years to her awesome husband Mike and they have a dog and three cats that they love dearly. They both are entrepreneurs with their own businesses and are working to shift their work around their life, not the other way around. This year, they spent the month of February working from Florida and are trying to take advantage of the freedom that can come from being self-employed.

Ryan O'Neill

The youngest of five siblings, Ryan O’Neill grew up in New Prague, Minnesota and went on to graduate from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. In 2005, Ryan founded The Minnesota Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Advantage Plus. The team has been the #1 selling RE/MAX Team in Minnesota in closed transactions and sales volume every year from 2006 through today. In 2023, the team closed over 1500 transactions and 550 million in sales. And in 2022 and 2023, the team was also selected as the #1 midsized employer in Minnesota in the Star Tribune's Top MN Workplace Survey.

As the Broker and Sales Manager for the team, Ryan enjoys working with team members to ensure each and every client has a positive and successful experience. In an effort to support those struggling with job loss, medical issues, and/or personal challenges, Ryan also started and runs a family foundation called “The O’Neill Foundation of Hope”. Lastly, Ryan is also half of the piano playing duo, “The O’Neill Brothers”. He is most passionate about giving back to others and being a beacon of light, kindness, inspiration, and hope for everyone he meets.

Sean Blomquist has a passion for helping his clients make money. With a background in construction and finance, it was a natural fit to work in this industry. He joined the Pine Financial Group team as their inspector in 2012 and became a full time originator in January 2013.

Like the rest of our team, he speaks and teaches various groups about how to advance their real estate business. As the head of MN originations, he has been involved in all of the 700+ transactions since Pine Financial started lending in MN. Sean was born and raised in Minnesota and has lived in almost every corner of the metro. He currently resides in the north metro area with his wife and two children.
